What is included
Monitoring and maintenance
An agent on every Windows, Mac and Linux machine reports health, applies patches and runs maintenance on a schedule. Alerts come to us, not to you.
Helpdesk with real tickets
Every request gets a ticket, a technician and a response time. You can see the history of every device in our client portal.
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
Users, mailboxes, shared drives, licences, security settings and the off-boarding that most companies forget.
Network and office hardware
Firewalls, Wi-Fi, switches, printers, NAS and servers, specified, installed and supported. We work with Cisco Meraki, SonicWall, Dell, QNAP and Synology.
Backups that restore
Files, servers and cloud accounts backed up off-site, tested on a schedule, with recovery you can watch.
Monthly reporting
A short report every month: what was patched, what broke, what we fixed, what we recommend.
How it is priced
A fixed monthly fee per managed device and per user, so the bill does not change when things go wrong. Project work, such as a new office or a migration, is quoted separately.
Who it is for
Businesses from 5 to about 150 people in Israel or the United States that want their technology handled by one accountable team. We work remotely and in English and Hebrew; on-site visits are arranged when hardware needs hands.
